I have been struggling and floundering for several months now, and I've been letting it wear me down. Because of this, I think it's time to wipe the slate clean and start fresh. If you wish to read any of my old blog entries, you can access them here.
My goals for this blog are to: + Post on a more consistent basis. + Keep my meal tracking & progress in one central location. + Give myself a fresh start.
My general plan for getting back on the wagon is: + Go to weekly WW meetings again. + Follow the WW Flex plan. + Purge the fridge of trigger foods. + Plan easy & tasty meals that fit into WW flex. + Slowly build a regular workout plan. + Avoid sugar wherever possible.
Other goals of mine are to: + Become more productive at work. + Spend more time working on creative projects. + Work on a short story to submit to a publication or contest. + Read more fiction. + See more movies. + Stay within the confines of my budget.Labels: general, plan
